I am sitting on my sofa with a cup of tea after a whirlwind week. I just got back from the most amazing two days with Next for their #NXSportretreat to launch their new NX Sports range at Chewton Glen which if you didn’t know is the DREAMIEST country house, hotel spa situation in the New Forest. It was the loveliest two days…I wish we had longer. But flying visit that it was it was still so lovely and even better that I got to share it with such a great group of the blogger girls.

I had actually never heard of Chewton Glen before I stayed here but oh my goodness it is a slice of countryside heaven. A short distance from the most beautiful beaches partnered with an amazing spa its the perfect getaway. The rooms are incredible and you can even stay in treehouses?! Sold right. Not only was Chewton Glen stunning and so peaceful they also looked after us so well!! Every detail thought of and so much care and attention. If you want to be well and truly spoilt and escape reality for a bit I suggest booking a stay here asap….you might never want to leave though.

I arrived early Thursday morning and was straight into my activewear and puffa jacket/duvet coat and it was down to the beach. Which was the perfect way to start the trip, the beach was so stunning. I don’t know what it is but the sea makes me so happy, I could stare at the ocean all day.

The rest of the trip was just as dreamy, a Barrys Bootcamp workout (modified of course as we didn’t have treadmills but still as hard!) then a lovely calming yoga class with the yoga babe Cat Meffan. Then we had spa treatments, a delicious dinner and lots of catching up with the rest of the girls. I went to bed feeling full from all the food (trust me we went in at dinner). Then in the morning breakfast in bed and then exploring and shooting blog content then before we knew it our trip had sadly come to an end.

A whirlwind countryside escape with the loveliest team at Next and Chewton Glen. I loved every second and it was the perfect way to relax recharge and then come back to London life once more. Not to mention try out the new NX sportswear range by Next which was SO nice, they kitted us out for the whole trip…and I am wearing head to toe Next in all the pictures! I got so many compliments on the leggings.
