Wellness? What does this actually mean? Well a completely different thing for everyone but for me wellness is feeling good inside and out. Sleeping well, being hydrated, eating healthy balanced meals, looking after my skin so it glows and exercising regularly which all in all leads to a healthier happier me. To me that is wellness….and here are a few of my feel good favourites and tips;
FFF wellness package
- I recently tried the Fresh Fitness Food wellness package which I loved. What was so great about this package is its a little different from the usual FFF packages. This one is less about macros and calories more about fuelling your body with the right food to make you feel strong healthy and happy. They still use their science background however the focus is all on nourishment. Which is right up my street.
- So what is the wellness package.….Incorporating a holistic approach to nutrition, while still adhering to scientific principles, this package provides all the nourishment your body needs to support your health and wellness goals. Supplying three bespoke meals, a snack, and either a CPJ shot or bone broth accompaniment, each day focuses on whole foods with natural anti-inflammatory properties and a varied and exciting menu.

- Neom Organic have long been a firm favourite of mine and my house is full of their candles. I am candle obsessed and nothing beats a Neom candle in my opinion they are beautiful, smell amazing and I love their tranquility range. I mentioned this before but I don’t fly anywhere without my de stress wellbeing kit. They recently sent me the most beautiful sleep bundle which was packed with the most beautiful candle, silky pjs, an eye mask and oils which has been amazing to add into my bedtime routine. Sleep is such an important factor to us feeling and looking good. However its so surprising that so many of us myself included suffer with bad nights sleep. I am a high stress person, always have been I work at a million miles an hour. Often this effects my sleep as I just can’t switch off so it’s so great to see brands like Neom focusing on sleep an area so often overlooked.
Origins Matcha Face & Body Masks
- As you may already know I am a massive fan of Origins, in fact I have been using their products for the last 6 months and I am SO in love with them. I do an Origins Facemask at least once a week religiously, normally their Ginzing peel mask which is great especially if you feel like your skin is looking dull or you have a break out. Now if you follow me on Instagram you will know I am a little matcha obsessed, yes the obsession is real ok. So when Origins announced their new facemask which uses matcha and green tea I was like ermmm I need to try this, such a dreamy combination. It’s in a powder form and all you do is add water and create your own creamy texture and apply and although it took me a few times to get the consistency right once I did i loved it. My skin felt refreshed and brighter so this is a great addition to my collection and will become part of my Sunday skincare routine.
Apple Cider Vinegar
- I know this sounds strange but I swear by apple cider vinegar in the mornings. I have been recommended this for so long and have always started doing it and then just forgetting. As you may remember a while back I shared a few more personal posts on my health. One thing I have struggled with is bloating and digestive issues for a good few years now. After being recommended ACV by so many people and doing some research (google the benefits trust me) I have now been consistently drinking a small cup each morning which has one dessert spoon of ACV and hot water -as hot as I can take it. This may be a mental thing but honestly I think its made a massive difference, I feel less bloated and generally so much better with my stomach and digestion. This may be a temporary thing who knows but I thought I would share this little tip.
