This morning I went along to the launch of Qnola at The Detox Kitchen, not a bad way to start your week I hear you say?! Now let me quickly tell you about Qnola, its the brainchild of the lovely Danielle Copperman (see my interview with her here). Its a delicious unprocessed breakfast range free from refined sugar, dairy, wheat gluten and grains and is full to the brim of super healthy ingredients which include quinoa, coconut, chia seeds, raw nuts. Now if that doesn’t sound amazing enough, it tastes so good.

Qnola is delicious, honestly such a great breakfast I would be more than happy to have this for breakfast every day! At the launch today there were a variety of flavours; cacao and cashew, the nuts, the original, beetroot & pistachio and ginger and goji. I tried all of them, obviously! They all were full of flavour and crunch, I particularly loved the nuts and the cacao and cashew, but I think a combination of all the above would be divine!

I tried mine with COYO yoghurt (which I am a huge fan of) and then with cashew dessert which was dreamy, there was also The Pressery almond milk which looked great but I didn’t have time to try them all….sad I know!

If you know me well you will know how much I love breakfast, its my favourite meal of the day bar none. So me and Qnola were a match made in heaven from the off, healthy, delicious…..what more can you want from a breakfast cereal?
