Who better to do yoga with in a hotel room? Tara Stiles that’s who. Yoga goddess and all round cool human Tara took me through her yoga sequence she has created with W Hotels as part of their Detox Retox Repeat programme they have running. The in room yoga moves were designed with the W traveller in mind all part of the #posewhenever movement.

What’s so great about these yoga moves is they can be done in any hotel room no matter the size. You can even do the moves on your hotel room bed which is ideal right. When I asked Tara when she would do these moves she said they were the perfect post flight way to relax and stretch out. But they can also be done first thing in the morning to gently wake up your body or last thing at night to wind down from the day….basically the perfect gentle yoga routine for any time of day.

One amazing thing about staying at the W Hotels is that you can switch on your TV and you have Tara herself guiding you through the moves. Like your own personal yoga teacher in your hotel room….now if that isn’t cool I don’t know what is.
