Muriels Kitchen Soho

Muriels Kitchen prides itself on fresh, British sourced quality ingredients, which all sounds good to me! So when I was arranging a recent lunch it made sense to pop in to Muriels kitchen in Soho to see what this place had to offer, and of course share my experience with you on The Nutritionista.

Firstly I need to tell you about how cute Muriels kitchen is if you have been in you will know exactly what I am talking about, the chairs which hang from the ceiling in a hanging basket kind of style being one of my favourite elements. The whole effect of Muriels is warm, welcoming and the windows are full of delicious looking food, the question for me was more why hadn’t I been in before?

So now I have told you about the cute hanging chairs, we can move onto the important topic of the food. Firstly the menu is delicious, lots of great healthy choices for us foodies including a variety of healthy smoothies and salads, I was eying up the great selection of salads and the lentil and sweet potato curry for a while before I decided to go for the chargrilled salmon steak with a side of purple sprouting broccoli and asparagus with fruity spiced tabula. Result….a taste sensation, I was very happy with my choices the broccoli and asparagus was delicious!

So all in all my experience of Muriels Kitchen was delightful, very “quaint” almost felt like I was popping around to my nans for lunch, which I am guessing is exactly the point. The food was tasty and there were great healthy options. I will certainly be back to try out more of the menu. Muriels can be found in Soho, Leicester square and South Kensington. Let me know if you get the chance to pop in and your thoughts :)

Love the nutritionista x
