Travelling and fitness are both huge parts of my life, often my travels will include a lot of working out whether this be through fitness or yoga retreats, hikes, beach runs you name it. So therefore my activewear is a crucial part of my packing. I want sportswear which is comfortable, light and looks good (I don’t ask for much promise)
So here are a round up of my favourite sportswear pieces from my recent travels around Ibiza and Catalonia and where you can buy them.

An outfit for….early morning hiking
This set from Flybery was one of my favourite outfits, I wore it hiking to Es Vedra which is an amazing spot in Ibiza if you are planning a visit. The hike to the tower has amazing views and although its steep it only takes about 20-30 mins each way so not that long for a hike but the views are so worth it!
Charli Cohen Sports Bra One of my current favourite sportsbras because its super comfy and a flattering cut. The monochrome look makes it stylish but has just enough support to execirse in too. I wouldn’t run in it but it was ideal for hiking in….and I got so many compliments in it too.
Sweaty Betty Pink long sleeved top – the perfect throw over top especially for morning yoga when the sun hadn’t quite come out yet. The material was light enough to then tie around your waist when it starts getting warm. I am a big fan of loose fitting tops which are comfy without being bulky. This top fits the bill…..and the material is so light it can be folded up really small which is perfect for travelling light.
Adidas Pure Boosts– my current trainer obsession, light and easy to pack but nice enough to wear to the airport for that sportsluxe vibe. I have a dodgy knee and get shin splints but have found these trainers to be very supportive and perfect for hiking and running so multi functional. Again useful for packing when you don’t have much room in your luggage.

An outfit for….Poolside Pilates
Sweaty Betty Sportsbra & Sweaty Betty Leggings – I love this matching set. Sweaty Betty is one of my favourite brands especially for Yoga and Pilates. The leggings are also reversible which basically makes them two in one. With the added mesh for that sportsluxe feel….got to love some mesh right?! The sportsbra is perfect for lower impact exercise like Yoga and Pilates, with the flash of neon which is perfect with a tan.

An outfit for….Chilled Yoga Sessions
Sweaty Betty Leggings – I am completely obsessed with these palm tree leggings. Sweaty Betty are killing it at the moment! Just looking at them makes me want to go on holiday. Again reversible if you are feeling a more chic simple vibe….I love the high waisted look too it makes me feel much more comfortable working out. The perfect holiday workout essential. Charli Cohen sportsbra as above :)

An outfit for….high up HIIT sessions
This outfit was my outfit of choice when I knew we would be doing squats, planks and lunges with these views. I am a monochrome lover through and through so these Adidas leggings with the classic three stripe down the sides are some of my favourite workout leggings. Then to carry on the monochrome look I went for the grey black and white Alo Yoga bra which has the prettiest back detail. Not hugely supportive if you are doing burpees and running but did the job and looked great. Then of course my trusted Adidas Pure Boost Trainers to complete the look…..oh and that view!

An outfit for……practising being upside down
A new brand for me, Jogha was recently introduced to me view social media. I am not one for bright colours and patterns but this matching set looked amazing against the white villas in Ibiza. Very supportive and good quality material which was helpful for practising my handstands. Trust me the last thing you want is a flimsy sportsbra whilst being upside down! Jogha Leggings & Jogha Croptop
